Craigavon Industrial Development Organisation (CIDO)

CIDO is the Local Enterprise Agency for the Craigavon area. Established as a limited company in 1985 its mission is to create wealth and employment through helping to set up new and develop existing small businesses. CIDO is a first stop shop for enterprise and entrepreneurship providing a range of small business units, training and consultancy for local, national and international clients.

Ardee Community Development Company (ACDC)

Ardee Community Development Company (ACDC) is a community owned not for profit company with Charitable status which was established in 1998. ACDC was formed to address the high levels of unemployment and the lack of inward investment by providing high quality workspace.The aim was to actively address social and economic concerns and to put in place commercial workspace and training measures to support local and new enterprises.

Ardee Business Park

Phase 1 of the Business Park was completed in 2000. 2005 has seen the completion of the exciting Phase II of the park’s development. This phase consists of the development of an additional 1060m2 of high quality office/ IT space over a three-floor extension to the current office block. The building will provide accommodation for twelve new businesses along with state of the art IT suite and conference facilities. Office Unit sizes consist of the following: 4 Units range in size from 23m² to 25m²
