General Meeting

The general meeting is composed of representatives of all members, and it meets at least once a year, or at the request of at least one third of effective members.

The general meeting is chaired by the chairman of the Steering Committee.

The general meeting’s functions are the following:

• elects the members of the Steering Committee;
• confirms the programme, annual report, financial plan and financial statement;
• adopts the  Statutes and its amendments;
• confirms the appointment of Board members and its chairman;
• deliberates on any issue interesting for the members.
